Yang diwawancarai: dari Sumatera ada 2 (Nias Sumut dan Natuna Kepri), dari Jawa juga 2 (Sukabumi Jabar dan Malang Jatim), Bali ada 1, Lombok ada 2, NTT ada 5 (Flores 2, Sumba 1, Pulau Sabu 1, Timor 1), Kalimantan ada 3 (Derawan Kaltim, Tanjung Puting Kalteng, Pontianak Kalbar), Sulawesi ada 1 (Labengki Sultra), Maluku ada 2 (Pulau Saparua dan Pulau Kei), Maluku Utara 1 dari Pulau Morotai, Papua Barat ada 9 (semuanya dari Raja Ampat dan/atau Misool), Papua ada 1 diwakili Wamena.

BERBENAH SAAT SEPI
Memanfaatkan waktu saat sepinya kunjungan wisatawan untuk berbenah, memperbaiki, merenovasi, dan membuat alternatif wisata yang lebih menarik menjadi hal yang dicetuskan oleh beberapa responden.
Yudhi Rizal (43), pemilik Tour and Travel Green Turtle di Derawan berharap dalam masa pemulihan ini dinas pariwisata memanfaatkan waktu untuk meningkatkan atau memperbaiki infrastruktur pariwisata yang ada, misalnya dermaga, penunjang lainnya seperti toilet di objek wisata yang selama ini tidak terawat.

Arief Naen (31) dari CV Graha Natuna Wisata mengatakan pentingnya sekarang untuk membenahi objek wisata dan mempersiapkan hal-hal menarik untuk ke depannya. “Agar begitu pulih kondisinya, pariwisata sudah siap menerima kunjungan.”

Mama Tita (63), pemilik sekaligus pengelola Villa Monica di Pulau Kei Maluku Tenggara juga mengungkap hal senada, “Untuk saat ini setiap lokasi wisata di daerah kami sedang menata kembali destinasinya sebaik mungkin untuk menarik wisatawan berkunjung lagi.”

Nuno (38), pemandu/supir freelance Pulau Timor meminta hal yang sama, sebaiknya dispar menggunakan waktu untuk berbenah, merenovasi dan juga memperindah objek-objek wisata yang ada.
Sementara Titin Titra (48), pemilik SunRise Travel Mountain di Malang tak cuma meminta ada pembenahan sarana, tapi lebih dari itu, saat ini adalah kesempatan untuk menata ulang pengelolaan objek wisata khususnya di JLS (Jalur Lintas Selatan) di Jawa Timur terkhusus Kabupaten Malang. “Sebaiknya pengelolaan wisata pantai dibuat satu pintu di tiap perbatasan masuk ke JLS, jadi satu tiket bisa dipakai untuk masuk ke semua pantai di selatan di Kabupaten Malang. Sekarang tiap pantai beda pengelola, semua ada tiketnya, jadi memberatkan.” Masuk ke JLS saat ini ada 4 pintu: dari Kepanjen, Bantur, Donomulyo, dan Gedangan.

PERKETAT PELAKSANAAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN
Aturan pembatasan dilonggarkan, tapi protokol kesehatan lebih diperketat agar tak ada penambahan kasus aktif Covid-19, kira-kira itulah yang MyTrip simpulkan.
Edison Meliala (53), pemilik Putra Papua Tours & Travel di Kota Wamena menyoroti wilayah Papua secara keseluruhan. “Perkiraan kami, pariwisata di daerah kami akan pulih tahun 2022. Kenapa? Karena Papua begitu besar apalagi dengan minimnya pengertian masyarakat lokal tentang wabah covid.” Menurutnya juga, dispar daerah atau Provinsi Papua belum kelihatan langkah-langkah nyatanya dalam upaya mempercepat pemulihan pariwisata di seluruh Papua.

Permasalahan pariwisata di Indonesia Timur memang tampaknya lebih berat. Sebelum pandemi saja banyak faktor yang menghambat. Kalau pelaku wisata Raja Ampat mengeluhkan soal tiket pesawat yang mahal, Muhlis Eso (40), guide Morotai Maluku Utara lebih menekankan pada kurangnya akses masuk Morotai. “Kalau ada penerbangan langsung dari Jakarta juga Makassar ke Morotai, apalagi dari Amerika atau Jepang, itu akan luar biasa. Karena rata-rata wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara saat ini sangat terkendala transportasinya ke Morotai,” katanya.
Ronie dari Rinjani Trekking Club di Lombok, Ade Setiabudi (38) dari Waigeo Villa di Raja Ampat dan Ricky (36) dari Uthedencha Travel di Sorong memfokuskan upaya pemulihan pada pendisiplinan dan pemantauan protokol kesehatan yang lebih diperketat agar bisa menekan jumlah pasien pandemi. Ricky juga mengusulkan agar pemberlakuan sanksi bagi yang melanggar protokol lebih ditingkatkan. Sedangkan Ronie mengusulkan keringanan dalam bentuk gratis rapid test bagi wisatawan domestik.
Yudhi Rizal (Derawan) melihat hal yang sama. “Dari September 2020 dengan dibukanya tamu lokal kabupaten dan sekarang juga dibuka untuk lingkup provinsi, dan bulan Desember rencananya sudah boleh masuk tamu dari luar provinsi (sebatas dalam negeri) maka sudah mulai ada peningkatan jumlah tamu. Perkiraan kami mulai 2021 sudah ada peningkatan, dengan harapan penyebaran virus corona di Kabupaten Berau Kaltim tidak ada lagi peningkatan yang signifikan. Untuk menjaga hal itu, dispar perlu mengawasi protokol kesehatan di tiap objek wisata dan resor,” kata Yudhi.

Sementara Frans (42), pemilik Penginapan Surya di Raja Ampat menegaskan soal perlunya peraturan yang lebih jelas, lebih ada koordinasi aturan antarinstansi terkait di Sorong dan Raja Ampat agar pemulihan bisa terwujud. Hal ini dikonfirmasi oleh Patrys Joy (26) di Sumba yang agak bingung karena belum ada sama sekali pemberitahuan dari pemerintah daerah mengenai rencana pemulihan pariwisata.
